We're
family owned and operated since 1991. Frank Roush the owner/operator
has 25 + years of experience in residential, commercial, and
industrial plumbing and 10 years in residential bath remodeling.
Frank is also a certified Plumbing Inspector through the International
Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Official (IAPMO).
Philosophy:
Our philosophy is simple: Saving you money! Most minor plumbing
situations can be done by the average home owner. We'll show you how on our
initial visit so you can do it next time, provided it's something you want to do
the next time. We're talking minor repairs not repiping your whole
house. You'll be a more informed person in any case.
Back Ground:
Originally from Northern California, We decided to moved here because California
is becoming too expensive a state to live in. With the ever increasing
cost of housing, energy, state tax, etc. The State of Nevada was a good
choice. Choosing between Reno or Las Vegas to live in wasn't
hard to make, since we have family living in Las Vegas it was a good
choice. We've met a lot of friendly folks here in the valley and
living life here is wonderful. The weather is comparable to where we
use to lived except a little hotter.
Speaking of back ground, Nevada's does an extensive background check
on all applicants applying for a contractor license. Frank passed
with flying colors.
All in the Family:
I'm a second generation plumber, my father owns a plumbing company in
California. My father's company specializes in service/repairs, where my business does bath
remodels and water treatment. Now I can do service/repair and not have
to compete against dad.
People & Ethics:
I enjoy people and love my field of work. I don't mined working for
other plumbing contractors however running my own business lets me have
the final say on customer relations. No hard sales or quotas to fill
here.
We listen to customer concerns and make recommendations on how to
accomplish these concerns along with establishing plan maintenance.
I've been told that I'm too honest and too upfront. I simply tell it as
it is.
Sincerely
Frank Roush & family
